Executive Summary

The 81st Military Personnel Flight is an short letter Force organization at Keesler Air Force Base that is comprised of 35 military staff office in the personnel career field.



They are responsible for all of the personnel actions for over 4,000 personnel including promotions, demotions, systems, assignments, identification, etc for all active duty personnel. thither are an additional 40 personnelist throughout the base that authorship directly to commanders at different organizations.
The Air Force is in the process of reducing end strength by well-nigh 40,000 members in an effort to save manpower costs and procedure those savings to replace its aircraft.  This coupled with the growing need for our front man in wartime efforts demanded that we change the way we do business.
