Executive Summary
In the dynamic society, the business success postulate many elements but leading is one of most splendor role to contribute for achieving common goals of company. Therefore, leadership boosted employees inspire, encourage others and it is also ability lead people soundly in work (Dubrin, Dalglish & Miller 2006). In this report, many theories contribute for the effective of leadership.



Through analyzing the success of one leader that I prepare interviewed before. This newsprint has chosen and apply the germane(predicate) theories that can exit generate key finding and key learning.
The major of this paper is examined on theories including trustworthiness, emotional stability, and achieve high productivity and workforce morale in a given situation and leadership competency model. Firstly, the potential leaders were selective to apply relevant theory. After that, the interview and observation part confirm and equalize applying suitable theories. In the report, the key learning is enriching to ensure the applying theories in realistic case.
