           In my opinion the most important affair a executive program seat do to improve overall productivity and effectiveness of an organization is to demonstration communication skills. confabulation is the process of delivering information back and forth between ii or more people. Supervisors use several communication styles to negotiate their employees, such as verbal, email, telephone, presentations, visuals, and written.  In the workplace, it is highly important for the supervisor to communicate effectively with the staff and to keep them in the retire of actions that can affect their job duties and performances. The interaction from the supervisor to the employee can be a command, to instruct, orientate, motivate, and inform. Leaders are required to hunch how to successfully carry out the function and provide their followers with timely and relevant information.  The employees will value the supervisors role when they are provided with quick and up-to-date information, regardless of well behaved or bad news.
To improve the workflow of the department, the supervisor mustiness be knowledgeable of what is going on within the department. listening is an essential factor for an effective communicator and to accurately disseminate what has been perceived. Supervisors adopt to learn to listen actively. Active listening involves absorbing what some other person is saying and responding to the persons concerns (see Figure 3.6). information to listen actively is the key to becoming a equitable communicator (Rue & Byars, 2004. p. 43).Â
